We say this phrase a lot, so what does it actually mean?
“Our chemicals are as eco friendly as possible”
At Cleaning Products UK we try to support as many local manufacturers as possible, which is why we offer so many UK manufactured cleaning chemicals from various brands such as Bio Productions, Clover Chemicals, Prochem and Greyland.
It can cost many thousands of pounds to get a product approved as vegan and eco friendly, so most of them don’t hold these qualifications.
That’s where the phrase “as eco friendly as possible” comes in.
Our main aim at Cleaning Products UK is to make sure we supply products that are as “eco friendly as possible”, not tested on animals but actually do the job intended.
- The products are not watered down.
- They actually work!
- Eco friendly dyes are used in most of the products
- They are not tested on animals
- And as they are manufactured in the UK there's no excessive journey to get them here
So in other words, our products are manufactured in a way that we (and the manufacturers themselves) say are as “eco friendly as possible” but without a label saying it.
You may see many of the products will have a “made in the UK” logo on them, or a flag suggesting it.
Did you know that some of the chemicals that we sell use food colouring instead of chemical dyes as it’s more eco friendly. This is why sometimes you may see a liquid change colour when left on a shelf in direct sunlight. It doesn’t change the way the chemical works, but the colour may change.
