Refund & Returns Policy

At Cleaning Products UK, we want all our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. Please read the policy below for details on returns and refunds for both in-store and online purchases.

Online Orders

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your online order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We will either:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
  • Cover the return postage and issue a refund once the item is returned.

Please include photos of the damaged or faulty items when contacting us, so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Change of Mind Returns

If you've changed your mind about an item:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • You then have another 14 days to return the item to us.
  • Items must be returned in brand new condition, in their original packaging, suitable for resale.
  • If an item is not returned in resellable condition, a refund cannot be issued.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. You may either:

  • Use your own courier or postal service, or
  • Request a return label from us (a flat fee of £8.90 will be deducted from your refund).

In-Store Purchases

Standard Returns

If you purchased an item in store, you have 14 days to return it. You must present a copy of your receipt at the time of return. Items must be in brand new, resellable condition.

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. A copy of the original receipt is required.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. All refunds are processed through our website or in-store system and will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

How to Request a Return or Refund

For Online Orders

To request a return or refund for an online order, please email us with the following details:

  • Your full name (as it appears on the order)
  • Your order number and/or invoice number
  • Photos of the item if it is damaged or faulty

For In-Store Purchases

To return an item purchased in-store, please bring the item back to the shop along with the original invoice or receipt.

If you paid on account, we may be able to retrieve the invoice for you at the counter.
